Need to filter iron oxides from water?

We have had a number of projects where a magnet has been incorporated into a filter housing. Our most interesting has both a filter element and a magnet. The filter element is typically a stainless steel mesh and removes the bulk of the coarser particles and the magnet removes any traces of iron oxide as the liquid passes over the surfaces.
